TOYO INK – Studies for additions to the Toyo Ink processing plant in Bryan , Texas. These additions were to the Grauve (ink mfgr.) and to the warehouse. Both were hazardous ocupancies and required special considerations under the building code.
HTRI is an international company specializing in heat transfer technology. Phase one of establishing their 21 acre campus in Navasota, Texas included constructing a 23,172 sq ft research facility. This research and testing center included a high bay exchanger testing room and associated offices for research support staff.
