May – 1988 – Bryan Texas boasts a four story, 48,000 sq ft city hall as the result of design by Williamson Group. The project posed an extensive program of requirements but the city’s main goal was to develop a “one stop shopping” location for the citizens of Bryan. The existing facilities were scattered and fragmented, therefore the goal was to consolidate these various locations and offices into a central location.
Update: recently (2018) the City of Bryan has released a RFP to provide additional space to the building. Thus the program of requirements has proved adequate for over 20 years.
