Mid-South Synergy is an electric coop with headquarters in Navasota Texas. The company required a new second Operations Center.
The new 37 acre campus master plan was begun by Williamson Group in 2015.
This plan required 52k sf of warehouse, 8k sf of offices, 23k sf of vehicle maintenance,
a 6 bay fueling station and 10 acres of lay-down yard.
The concrete site paving exceeded 11.75 acres (511,830 s.f.).
